All payments made through our website are final and non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the order, along with clear photographs of the issue.

Customized or personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
